Connecting Claude to ToteFlow now works smoothly on the first try. Previously, the approval screen could sometimes say the approval had expired even when you'd just clicked Connect in Claude. Now a fresh connection goes straight through, and you can reload the approval screen before clicking Authorize without it expiring.
If you leave an older approval tab open from an earlier attempt, it still shows the friendly "approval expired" page asking you to head back to Claude and click Connect again. The troubleshooting tips in the Claude setup guide on the MCP Tokens page in admin have been updated to match.
