You now have a notification center in the admin dashboard. A bell in the header shows new alerts, and you can open Notifications for the full list. Each user can choose how they want to hear about events—in the app, by email, or with optional browser push when your team enables it.
ToteFlow notifies owners and admins (by default) when a customer completes public checkout, when inventory looks overbooked for a date (checkout still goes through; use the alert to review scheduling), when a reservation payment fails, and when a rental agreement is fully signed.
Under Reports, owners and admins can run a sales tax remittance report for a date range, with quick presets and exports for detail and summary. Paid reservation invoices are included in the totals. Set your business timezone in General Settings so report dates match how you operate.
You can turn inventory overbooking emails on or off in settings. Payment-failure emails stay off by default until you opt in under notification preferences.
