You can now manage your public Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from the admin dashboard under Settings → Legal pages. ToteFlow starts you with sensible default text; customize either page when you are ready. Visitors can open your terms at /terms, and older /terms-of-service and /privacy links redirect to the right place. Your site footer and sitemap include links to these pages.
When you send Stripe invoice payment links, you can optionally require customers to check a box agreeing to your terms before they pay. The option is off by default and lives in Settings → Payment gateway; when it is off, checkout behaves exactly as before. When you turn it on, the agreement link points to your terms page by default.
You can also choose whether your logo appears in the public site footer (off by default when you have a logo configured), and the sticky Book now button on mobile home pages is centered for easier tapping.
