You can now extend a reservation from your admin no matter where it is in your workflow, including quotes, pending, confirmed, delivered, completed, and cancelled reservations. Before, some statuses (like Delivered) blocked the extension, which made it hard to handle a customer who simply wanted their totes a little longer.
Extending only moves the return date. The reservation keeps its current status, so it won't send a new confirmation, cancellation, or completion email. Extension pricing still uses the rate locked in when the reservation was booked, so your charges stay accurate. There's nothing to change on your end.
