The HighLevel (GoHighLevel) integration is now included on the Growth plan, not just Pro. Once you've connected your account in Settings → HighLevel, click the new Setup button to create the Reservation records and fields ToteFlow needs in HighLevel. It's safe to run again any time, and if you were already connected, run it once now to pick up the new workflow status and realtor fields.
Your HighLevel contacts now stay in step with ToteFlow automatically. When a customer opts in or out of texts, their SMS consent syncs over with matching tags and HighLevel's SMS do-not-disturb setting. Each contact also carries a Reservation status tag that updates as a booking moves along (for example, from Confirmed to Delivered), so you can trigger HighLevel workflows off it. Repeat customers keep the tag for their latest booking, and realtor gift orders add the realtor as their own HighLevel contact.
On a reservation's Communications tab, your HighLevel text conversations with that customer now show up as a threaded message history.
