When you void a rental agreement, ToteFlow now keeps it voided even if SignWell sends a delayed status update afterward. This prevents a voided agreement from accidentally showing as active again.
Voiding is also clearer when SignWell already reports the document as completed but ToteFlow still shows it as sent. You now get the appropriate signed-agreement confirmation, including the extra checkbox required before voiding a completed agreement.
