ToteFlow now supports Square as a payment option alongside Stripe and Authorize.net. When Square is enabled for your account, customers can pay invoices, agent credits, and gift upgrades through Square checkout, and gift subscriptions can renew on a schedule with your connected Square account.
New account signup is more reliable: your site is provisioned in the background after payment succeeds, with a clear progress screen instead of waiting on a long request. Duplicate signup attempts are blocked more carefully.
Refunds keep a clearer record of how much was returned, and revenue views use net amounts after refunds. Booking requests from outside your service area are rejected more clearly, and Meta conversion tracking on bookings is more consistent.
