Release Notes

A plain-language look at the product changes rolling out across the ToteFlow platform.

Simpler Realtor Gifts administration

Realtor Gifts administration is now organized into two clear hubs: People & Subscriptions and Packages & Credits. You can manage brokerages, agents, subscriptions, gift packages, credit pricing, and purchases from focused tabs instead of navigating separate menu items.

Pricing & Packages settings now keep the selected tab in the page address, making it easier to return directly to the section you need. Lists within the new hubs also page independently, so browsing one list does not disrupt another.

Clearer free trial signup details

ToteFlow’s public marketing pages now describe the 15-day free trial more clearly and consistently. Trial callouts highlight that you can cancel anytime and no longer state that a credit card is not required, so signup expectations are accurate before you begin.

Customer comments in reservation details

Tenant admins can now see comments customers enter during booking directly in the reservation details. This keeps special requests and other booking context easy to find while reviewing a reservation.

When a customer leaves the comment field blank, the details clearly show that no comment was provided.

More proactive account and billing support

ToteFlow now alerts the platform support team when important account events occur, including new signups, plan changes, scheduled cancellations, and failed payments.

This helps the team respond more quickly to account and billing needs. Contact form inquiries are also routed through the same centralized support notification setup for more reliable follow-up.

Managed signing and MCP access on every active plan

Starter subscribers can now use ToteFlow-managed document signing and MCP server access—features previously limited to Growth plans.

Every tenant with an active subscription can now configure managed signing and access MCP token settings without upgrading.

Easier demo scheduling

Prospective ToteFlow customers can now book a 45-minute live demo directly from the Home, Features, Pricing, Resources, and Contact pages.

The Contact page also makes it clearer when to schedule a walkthrough or send a general message, helping visitors choose the right next step.

Reliable multi-image website editing

Uploading several images in repeating website sections, such as “How It Works,” now keeps the Visual Editor open and preserves your pending changes. Image replacements and back-to-back uploads save and display more reliably without the editor disappearing or jumping off screen.

You can also upload SVG images, with clearer guidance when a file cannot be previewed.

More accurate delivery surcharge distances

Delivery surcharge tiers now preserve precise distances, especially when your business uses kilometers, so nearby tier boundaries remain distinct and fees apply to the correct range.

ToteFlow now also ensures the farthest surcharge tier covers your full maximum delivery distance. This prevents unintended gaps and missing fees near the edge of your service area while preserving any $0 fee you intentionally configure.

Flexible delivery surcharges and easier SEO settings

You can now set graduated delivery surcharges by distance or specific city, choose miles or kilometers, and select the country used for address suggestions. Booking automatically applies the appropriate surcharge while preserving existing flat-fee setups.

The Visual Editor now includes Page settings for SEO titles, descriptions, and social-sharing images, with updates kept in sync across website editors.

Easier and more reliable CMS image updates

You can now use external image URLs in CMS image fields without first enabling a setting, making it faster to add hosted images to your website.

We also fixed image uploads in repeating website sections, such as “How It Works,” so uploaded images save and display reliably.

Smarter mobile booking prompts and pricing guidance

Mobile visitors now see the sticky booking button only after the main homepage button scrolls out of view, keeping the page uncluttered while the booking action remains easy to reach.

In the visual website editor, package and pricing sections now explain where pricing changes are managed and link directly to Pricing settings.

Better embedded booking form display

Embedded booking forms now open at a practical height on your website, so customers can see and use the form without it appearing in a cramped frame.

We also improved loading behavior to prevent repeated reloads and make the form appear more reliably.

Easier contact form embeds

You can now paste either a direct HTTPS link or the full embed code when adding a Google Forms or HighLevel form to your Contact page. ToteFlow automatically prepares the form and preserves its display height so it appears cleanly for visitors.

The editor also provides clearer guidance and rejects unsafe or malformed embed addresses.

Platform updates are now easier to follow

You can now browse ToteFlow platform release notes to see new features, improvements, and fixes in one place. A new link in the tenant dashboard makes the latest updates easy to find.

Platform administrators can also publish and manage release notes from the landlord admin area, helping operators stay informed as ToteFlow evolves.

Configurable delivery surcharges

You can now configure a delivery surcharge for your rental bookings, making it easier to cover extra trip or remote-area costs.

We also fixed a public About page Mission card layout issue so the section displays cleanly across screen sizes.

Richer visual website editing

The visual website editor now supports more inline editing and smoother day-to-day content updates.

These improvements help you change pages faster without hopping between as many settings screens.

Clearer billing status and reactivation

Canceled subscriptions now show as inactive on the billing page, so account status is easier to understand at a glance.

Owners and admins also get clearer calls to action when a subscription needs to be reactivated, along with fresher billing state after changes.

Payment status sync and report link fixes

Payment statuses stay in sync more reliably after gateway updates, and report email links now resolve correctly for operators reviewing activity from their inbox.
